I agree that if the golf cart has to be towed because of a dead battery, blown/damaged tire or being instructed by law enforcement that I am not permitted to drive the cart that I will be responsible for immediately contacting a towing company and paying for their services to return the vehicle to the property.

I understand that although it is legal to cross a road with a speed limit of up to 45 mph, it is illegal to drive a golf cart on a road with a speed limit over 35 mph. (Note: I understand that this means that it is illegal to drive a golf on Highway 98 or Emerald Coast Parkway.)

I understand that it is illegal to drive the golf cart while under the influence of alcohol and that it is illegal to have an open alcohol container in the golf cart.

I understand that I am legally required to have a valid driver's license in my immediate possession while driving a golf cart.

I authorize Equisource Holdings Corp dba Legacy Beach Homes to contact me via email in order to provide golf cart lockbox codes, discounts on future stays and other information relating to future travel and events along Emerald Coast.
